Big Concerts really looks after its customers. I went to them with a query, the nature of which I won't go into detail about, but suffice it to say they managed to address my problem efficiently and in a timely fashion. The person I dealt with was Jason and he was excellent in assisting me. Companies can learn a thing or two from big concerts.
