One bit of rain and no signal

Had a tad bit if rain in the last two days in Cape Town,
Since that rain I've had absolutely no signal and now need to get a installer out to rectify! Think its pathetic how the equipment, which is supposed to be the most advanced equipment in the world fails like this.

Deeply disappointed
