On Saturday 28 Dec 2013, I went to see Frozen at Cine 1 at Somerset Mall.
There was a projection problem where if you closed your left eye, the image of the right eye was distorted for certain colors. If was not the normal minimal ghosting associated with 3D. One color was being showed substantialy out of place with the rest of the image.
I notified a employee but nothing happened.
There was a massive queue at the snacks but two tills were not manned. We missed the first 20 minutes of the movie. When I got to the front of the queue, only then could I see that card terminals were not working and I did not have enough cash.
There was no one and no signs whowing where to queue for what and where to get the 3D glasses if you booked through the ticketing machines. Staff and facilities are not able to cope with busy days.
