Pathetic Service

I am trying to upgrade my service but I have been holding on for almost 40 minutes in total with no call being answered. This happened on two occasions. The service stinks and to add injury to insult it means business for them but they fail to provide a selective service model for upgrading.

I hope they will phone me now.
