Looper is the incorrect Aspect Ratio

I bought Looper from a supplier and played it on my Blu Ray player. I noticed that the movie was 1.78:1 instead of 2.40:1. I did some internet research and found that you (Ster-Kinekor) have incorrectly cropped the Looper release, therefore losing information from the frame. This is ridiculous that you would continue to distribute an incorrect copy of a BR without even a warning or notice.

This is a blatant misrepresentation of a product. If I had known of this mistake I would've not made the purchase, now because of this I have to make a refund.
