POOR SERVICE

Starsat are supposedly upgrading their system. They are offline at the moment with more than 70% of their programmes. They are not responding to telephones, emails, sms's nor Facebook comments. They have a message on Facebook saying the telephones will not be answered until lunchtime today as they are having a Xmas lunch. However they have not answered their phones for over two days whilst their upgrade is going on. Promises of 81 new channels are not being fulfilled. Good programmes are being replaced with rubbish. langage changes from English to French, Portuguese and Spanish seem to be the order of the day. The few programmes that one can watch are blurred, pixellated and putrid. Channel numbering is incorrect. In fact there is nothing right with this service at all.
