I called their call center number for cape town on Tuesday evening and the lady could nt help me after I spent 120 in airtime trying to get hold of them. She told me I must take my decoder to a nearest branch which ws somerset west. I took it and it ws working bt when I got home and connected it, it ws giving me a E30-4 message and then I called them again. And the lady told me I must reset my decoder and it would b fine. Today is Saturday and its still giving me the message.
