I believe in giving credit where it's due. I must say the quality of the call centre agents has improved tremendously. I called in a few times over this past weekend to sort out my query and I was surprised by how efficiently my issues were handled. I even rated their services after the calls and gave them high fives as I was so impressed.
Not many call centers can brag about their services. Thumbs up to DSTV/ Multi-choice on this one.
