Eastern asian channel that I NEVER ASKED FOR

I have. Been speaking to numeros amount of people, regarding an esatern asian channel that was asked for on my name and charged for when I never authorised this at all. I have also sent many emails regarding chargers to my account that was supposed to be resolved since december last year.
I refuse to pay for something that I never asked for. The service is really bad and I have never been treated so badly by mulktichoice in my life.
And also now my service are deactived when its not even the 28th of the month
I am not happy as Mutlichoice is supposed to be excellent when it comes to respond time but till now nothing has been resolved. And when I stress my problems I get a phone put down in my ear three times this morning.
All I want is to have my problem resolved and to be swtiched on until the 28th when I pay my account again.
I am very disappointed in the very bad service that I was given, I was even. Told that I am stupid.
