Lerato Pooe has offered me me great service last night and going an extra mile, she is awesome and as well as efficient. I was struggling with the settings and getting the picture but her service is wonderful and prompt. Thulisi was also patient with helping and will to listen. Big up to both them and keep it up the good work. I am pleased to get such service from the call centre. :-)
