Cannot pay account to reconnect service

My account was suspended this morning. After going into my account on their website i saw that there was an arrears amount due to price increases i tried to pay the arrears but their payment system showed that i was in credit and would not allow me to do a payment, after two e mails (11am & 5 30pm) i am still waiting for a response.
I suppose having a captive audience with no alternatives you can get away with treating your customers in this manner.
