I have still not been assisted by Harcourts. I am still homeless and drowning in debt for a house I bought through Harcourts under false pretense, there is also a breach of contract. The seller is nowhere to be found. All I have heard in the past weeks is how Harcourts is trying to resolve my issue to get the tenants out of the house they sold to me without ensuring all was in order. The agent failed to do thing right in the first place and i am paying for Harcourts Mistake or is it their enthusiasm to close a sale without following procedure. how do you sell a house without ensuring it is vacant??? This is the 3rd month after registration and I am still homeless and paying for what??? I am taking this matter to Speak Out and 3rd degree!!!
