To whom it may concern
I would like to lodge a laundry list of complaints against Seeff Welgedacht, but the basis of my complaint is agency is deducting money from my deposit for damages that the flat I rented already had when I moved in.
An improper inspection was done before we moved in and no inspection was done with me upon us vacating the premises. None of it was done officially on paper.
I took photos of every damage to the flat that I could see and sent them to the agent within 14 days as stated in the contract.
There are two places of damage they want to deduct money for.
First, the grouting we applied in the bathroom to cover the wholes behind the tiles as water was seeping through down to the flat underneath us, as well as the cracked and broken tiles in the kitchen where the old grouting was broken and coming off in pieces.
Second, the broken and leaking kitchen tap. The cupboard right underneath the zinc had sustained so much damage already from the water.
Myself and my sister who was the co-tenant, have sent email upon email, message upon message asking the agent when these will be fixed together with all the other damaged things.
None of it was ever fixed during the time of our occupation.
My sister and myself tried to fix some of the things that we could fix ourselves out of our own pocket.
I have all the photos which I took when we moved in to cover myself. I have also sent them to the co-franchisee of the branch.
Now the agency is fabricating stories and creating lies to justify them deducting money from my deposit to fix damages we didn't cause.
Telling me that I refused access to a contractor who wanted to come fix the broken kitchen tap, so the water damage to the cupboard underneath the zinc is even worse and based on that, they are deducting money from my deposit to fix it.
I have asked the agency to provide me with the proof where I refused access to this phantom contractor, who allegedly wanted to come fix the leaking kitchen tap.
They haven't responded to my email. Which really is no surprise, because I have received the worst cooperation from this agency.
