NOTICE

I, Monique Breet, gave notice of my lease agreement on 29/12/13. Mr Cronje from City Property then said that I cannot give notice, my mother should as she is the tenant per the agreement. This is completely acceptable. However, yesterday, on the 2nd of December, my mother came to my office to undersign the notice documents that City Property sent to me. My mother then sent the email from my computer, with the attached documents, signed by her. This morning, a lady from City Property, "FLORA" phoned, stating that she wants the email sent from my mothers computer??? Crazy??? Then, when I refused, FLORA refused to capture the notice of my lease agreement. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I want better service.
