Disgusting Service

On 2nd Feb 2013 my Internet banking was hacked. I opened a case with the Police on Monday 4th Feb 2013 and got a case number which i presented to the banks department. On 19th Feb 2013 i submitted 2 IP addresses to the police that had been supplied by the department from ABSA and requested that the Police please investigate who the IP addresses belonged to. I know the location of the IP addresses is in JHB and they are definitely registered to Telkom as 8TA IP addresses. I was informed by the Sergent dealing with my case that it could take 3 months before they receive authorisation from the High Court to send Telkom a warrant. 3 MONTHS??? Really??? What happens in the interim??? By the time they get the authorisation the who hacked my internet Banking from 2 different IP addresses has left the country and gets away with MY hard earned money..

It is disgusting that i need to wait so long for a very easy and simple investigation to be carried out. I am appalled at the degree of bad service from the police... a crime has been committed against me.. Where is the urgency in this matter... Why is there such a LACK of SERVICE???
