I have been using the train from Centurion to Marlboro for over a year now. Initially they only had 4 cart trains. These got overcrowded. They introduced 8 carts. These carts are also now mostly overcrowded especially in the mornings. It poses huge safety risk to passengers when you have up to 25 people standing in landing doorway area. Thnk goodness no accidents or major injuries to date. One day is one day and many people could be seriously injured. They have to do something. Either control access more strictly or increase no o trains in peak hour times. Their disclaimer will never hold up in court. Their actions or for that matter their ommissions constitute gross negligence. Jack van der Merwe needs to do something or face the music.
