I cannot speak to a person at City Parks to report overgrown grass on the pavements outside the Library in Stonewall Road, corner 10th Street. The inside is also overgrown but may be another department.
Their phone number rings but switchboard can't transfer you to a human. The Jo'burg Connect number don't have any humans to answer the phone and eventually rings off. This is a health hazard as litter is thrown into all this grass. Please attend to this urgently.
