No help after call for help

I called the mamelodi east police station at 01:00 to report an attempted break in, they took my details and after 5min I got a call from Mphosa to ask me what must the police do cause these people ran away, I told him to check it they not hiding in the yard. An hour later I called them again only to be told that their van has broken down and the other van went to another complaint. It is now 2:40 and we are still waiting for them... and they say we are not allowed to take matters in our own hands, wat are they doing #rolls eyes
