Department of Agricaluter do not help white people

I was at the Agricalture expo at Petroria where the Department of Agricalutre told me they will be able to help me set up my Vegtable tunnels. They gave me Mr Seabata phone number to start a process

So I did call Mr Seabata, and he assigned me a agent name Mpo, to help me through the process. During a 4 months Period, we recieved a Quotation from Thommas, assigned by Mpo, to recieve the things short.
Jan 11, we recieved word from Mpo Manager, that they will not help us any more because it is against there police to help white people.
