Poor service

Was invovled in accident on thursday and the umbulance took me to Sunward netcare, got in at 7:30 only opened a file at 7:45, and was only attended on 21:40, which for me i recieved same service as public hospital, was never taken for an X-ray but was just injected, given script and ointment and told to go home
