I have been waiting for a month with no luck for my order to be processed after paying for my subscription immediately via EFT, I have had one email response saying that they are moving their systems over and it would take about a week to process, this was more than two weeks ago, I have sent 3 emails since and have nothing but a read receipt, I am on the verge of reporting them to the DTI, how can a company expect to keep clients if they treat people like this?!
