On Friday morning at 3:30 we were awoken by someone attempting to break into our house. As I was supposed to leave that same morning to attend the Karoo MMC, I was not happy leaving my wife alone at home for three days! At 8 am my wife called Lani to enquire about fitting sliding security doors. I am fully aware that this normally takes about 3 to 4 weeks from ordering to completion, but we took a chance. Guess what? By 4 pm on the same day Windowvert supplied and installed two sliding security doors! I have NEVER experienced service like this! How they did it I still don't know, but it was done! Thank you to Lani, Colin and their team - I was UNBELIEVABLE to deal with you!! Needless to say I had a fantastic conference knowing my wife was safe!
