This is now the third nappy I have pulled out of a packet of Huggies dry comfort number 2 and it only has one Velcro strip you can imagine the irritation as it was my last nappy... Had to take my baby to the shop unhappy with a dirty nappy to get more. Needless to say I got a different brand. To depend on a brand and watch it fail you
