I then tried to reply to this email and i got a no reply error message. So i called them and spoke to a call center attendance who sounded Indian. I was trying to explain what was this all about, she explained it was legal policy that i supposed to have taken out. I have no paper work about this policy. I did not do such insurance and i was asking what all this was about. She said she will send me an email that will explain the whole thing. which i never received. I asked if i cannot cancel this as i do not know nothing about all this. They said i have to pay an amount of R 399 first before i can cancel. How do you pay money when you know of said poli
