I had cancelled my amazing vouchers membership in December 2012. I am still getting billed for it! R 500 so far for January and February combined! I was told after the December payment it will be cancelled and I had phoned 2/3 times after that. I tried finding my old emails but my computer automatically deletes it after a certain period. I want someone to contact me immediately. I cannot believe that I had followed procedures and got assured it would be cancelled and it never was. I will be laying a formal complaint at the Ombadsman and I will be contacting my lawyer if nothing is resolved by the end of this working day. I am fed up of calling every month just to be told it will be handled and it never does. I have a detailed balance of my account where it shows its been debited.
I am absolutely furious!!!
