I bought an Aloe Ferox product during December 2012. However after a couple of days of use we discovered the product was off. I returned it to the shop where it was bought and also emailed Aloe Ferox to inform them. Leah Coetzee from Aloe Ferox speedily replied to my complaint and replaced the product and also included a small gift. I can highly recommend Aloe ferox products and with their great service I will remain a customer for a long time! Well done!
