I replied to a Gumtree Ad placed on the 8/02/2013 (AD: 454850352). It read as follow: "7 Junior Executives Needed" "A department of our International Importing company is expanding. We are seeking individual (s) for our entry level management position to train for Training Managers and Assistant Managers. Matric is essential." I was contacted by "Petula" 15:11pm that same day for an interview the 11th. I was reassured during a follow-up call it's above-board, even-though they had complaints against them. I went for the interview with Sonja Bruwer. It was a group interview & she explained the positions avail. She told us we were a select few picked from all the applications. It all felt very 'rehearsed' & the info was vague. We were asked to come back on the only avail. date - the following morning, for a full day of observation with their Training Managers. They would explain all the positions avail. in detail, salaries, etc. Very sceptic, but optimistic, I went, only to find out you would be taken on a drive with a Sales Rep. seeing prospects, etc. There was no posision as advertised.
