Issues with exchanging defect goods

Ought a bed last year july and had the bed exchanged once already as it had been making squeaky noises and indents in less than two months. not long after the exchange I complained again and was told the factory had closed for the festive period and had to be patient for the new year. had a co rep at my home tooka pic of the bed and they now refusing to exchange my bed. the basis is that there was blood stain on the mattress. I hada nose bleed early morning about a week ago if they had exchanged the bed last year it would not be a problem now. i have left messages for Samantha to call and her manager called steward if the name is correct and still no calls or even a reply to my emails, spoke to someone called kayley as well at the ct branch who made me relay my issue just to tell me she cant help me> so i am now paying for service and a crappier bed. REALLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PRODUCT
