Eskom failed to deliver on services paid fo

I had called Eskom to assist me with my electric meter. I was told to pay money upfront. I spoke to Meshack who refereed me to a couple of colleagues. All in all I paid R2120.00 by the 26 Nov 2013 and my meter issue is still not sorted out. My Ref number is:108789271 and my stand no:1840 driezik ext4.
