I did not sign any acceptance of agreement to pay fees, over above the fuel levy of 400 to 500 liters per month. If vodacom just sends me bills because i carry a phone i would ignore it... so get the message...
secondly, i did not give you my contact info so please furnish me with who supplied it to you as well, i need to around with them as well.
Thirdly, since the national govament is spending millions to change streetnames, rather keep them as is, with less confusion to everyone, and use those allocated funds, even if I disagree that we must pay for roads twice.
And Fourth, please explain if the Scamral offices would be available for rent after this error-loaded system collapses. I think it would make for an excellent office space to rent. please use existing e-Tollie boards to advertise the managing agents details for all to see.
