In december of 2013 I traded in my vehicle for another one at the above mentioned dealer, at the end of december the bank debited me for the car that's no longer mine and complained untill I was refunded last week. Now the dealer hasn't registered the new car on my name instead they piling me up with permits tho drive daily I'm send from pillat to post please assist me since I'm thinking of taking the matter further to the ombudsman whom I don't have contact details. I'm frustrated. Yet I have heard a lot of complaints abouyt the dealer but I had to give them a benefit of the doubt.
