I hereby wish to acknowledge Mr. Ronald Adams who works as a Contract Manager for Skynet based at the Unisa Florida Campus for his professionalism and excellent customer service. I would like to express my million gratitute to him for being so effecient, reliable and most competent person that i have ever dealt with ever since i have been receiving my study material from their company. A person of his calibre deserves acknowledgement as a shining star and one wishes that his surbodinates and peers could follow in his footsteps of knowing and understanding what customer service means. The way in which Mr. Adams handled my query I felt honoured despite the frustrations i was caused by one his colleague by the name of Alfred based at the Unisa Pretoria Campus whom i expected to get such a servive from as a manager also but the opposite was true as he dropped a phone on me.
