Shocking service received from Desmond his workers.
December my pool installation started. They showed up at odd times, one day they didn't even show up. Numerous times I had to phone Desmond to find out what was happening. His workers are inexperienced and needs constant supervision as Desmond was there only 3/4 times.
The job was very rushed and dirt from the pool was left in my yard after asking numerous times when it would be removed later/tomorrow. This was left in my yard against a wall over December and was conveniently used by robbers to climb over my wall when my place was robbed on new years day. I had to pay other people to remove the dirt in fear of my safety.
The paving done by his workers are also substandard. Skew, hollow and cracked within a month. DIY amateurs could do a better job.
After organising for them to start last week Tuesday every day Desmond had a different excuse (again after phoning him numerous times) and today instead of performing the worked, tiles were dropped of and another promise made to do the actual work on another day.
There are many other companies that install pools. I suggest you pay a little more and get professional service.
