Non-invoiced transactions have disappeared!

I would like to compliment SANRAL for the ongoing entertainment they are providing. Today I scared my children and dog with my hearty laughter.

More importantly I find their service to be very reasonable.

I have no e-Tag, but I have registered on the VPC violations site to pay correctly calculated fees (Select 'Manage my VPC account' via the e-Toll site). Amazingly, the first tranche were accurate (when the discount was taken into consideration) so I paid the exact amount required via EFT. A reasonably streamlined process and my interaction with the call-centre was actually quite good. But I did notice that there were four 'Non-invoiced transactions' that were pending from the 9th January totaling about R60.

Today I have now gone back to the VPC violations site to check on the status of the 4 non-invoiced transactions I saw against my account earlier and they have vanished!!!

Not only that, my VPC account is now in credit!

And I still haven't received a single invoice.

What is everyone complaining about? Works for me.
