Buying a BMW S1000RR

Hi its AJ, I'm 24 years old.
Let me tell you about my experience at BMW Clearwater Motorrad as I am not happy with the service that Im getting.
First day I walked in no one came to me and asked me if I need any help. I had to go to the salesman and ask for help maybe because I was young?
Me and Jason Van Vuuren stayed in contact through email.
Went on a Friday to arrange a test drive for Saturday, drive there on Saturday to find out the clutch cable is broken. No effort in letting me know, even by email.
Go back to BMW on Monday to test drive the bike and buy it "cash sale" don't even get offered a cup of coffee while the money transfer is being?
I was told the bike will arrive with them on Tuesday and they will drop it off at my mothers house on Friday.
Now I have been advised the bike is going to be a week late or even longer...
It realy angers me to think this is the kind of service you get from BMW, I am really not happy.
I have already paid almost R200 000 on a bike and they don't even know what's going on in their own company...
Please help me to speed up this process and help them in the places where they did not help me.
