We have received mainly bad service from Ettienne and Lynn during our various courses that we completed.
After completing my Open Water Course with Alpha last year, I decided to continue with the Advanced course. As of yet (12 months later), I have not received any form of documentation showing that I am a qualified open water diver. This means that when I go on holiday I am not able to dive as I have no proof that I am qualified.
When I went on my dive off the boat, I felt extremely rushed when I mentioned to my instructor that I was having a problem with equalising and I was pushed to keep trying after I was experiencing immense pain. This lead me to tearing my left eardrum and bursting my right ear drum and therefore aborting the dive. Once on the boat when I mentioned to my instructor that I was in major pain I got told that there was no way that I could have burst my eardrum as I had no blood coming out of my ears and I was over reacting.
I was told that I needed to do a refresher in the swimming pool which I gladly did but I was left to my own device in the pool and there was no instructor or any form of supervision from Alpha.
