I hate avon.
They billed me incorrectly on my last order, which resulted in me paying more than I need to. After a hellopeter session my account was credited, for the amount I paid to much (It was R120 not sure about the exact cents).
Thus, They OWED ME R120. It indicated that on my account. I decided not to use the credits because the service is so pathetic. Today I get an sms- "your account has been closed"... To get access buy R500 worth of products...
Excuse me? You can't close my account. You owe me money! Are you high??
I want my money paid back and I don't want vouchers etc. You can't run a business like this, it's! And after you refund my money, close my account as well, You can give it to your next victim.
