On the 31st Dec we were on route to jhb where our car started to heat just before Mooiriver, a couple from Mount West Towing services stopped to help us, they ensured that they knew what was wrong and would get the car sorted. on arrival to their workshop we were quoted R5000.00 maximum to get the car repaired, they insisted that we leave the car there so we made our way back to Jhb... ever since they have been avoiding our calls... eventually I got a friend to get a hold of them, they agreed to bring the car back to Jhb and asked for R10 000. payment as this was for storage and towing, we agreed, the car arrived home yesterday, when opening the boot we found the engine laying in pieces there, they actually broke the injectors and one can see, the head is laying all apart,
how can one go about to claim this back from them?
