I handed in two pairs of shoes for repair over a period of two months. (Dec and Jan 2014). Both times I was promised delivery of the fixed shoes in writing on their receipts, with a fixed date and time. In each case I allowed 3 extra days for the repairs. On both occasions the shoes were not fixed, I received no apology and just a shrug of the shoulders. I will not make use of them again. (The last receipt number: 03637 dated 2/1/2014) The staff refused to provide the owner's details. I tried phoning and repeatedly only got voicemail.
