My FNB account was debited R68.00 three times on Jan 2014 by WTC. I have no business with WTC and I don't even know who they are. How WTC managed to get authorised to debit my account is beyond me. As if that's not bad enough when I contacted the bank I had to pay an additional R35 to cancel this debit order which I never authorised in the first place.
