Absolute incompetence

Website simply not reachable on the internet now for close on 2 weeks yet its widely referenced allover - I cannot manage my etag account even if I wanted to.

Call centre personnel a bunch of ignorants that doesn't listen to what I am saying and then can never find anybody to solve the problem they cannot even understand. I have 3 times tried to speak to call centre to get this sorted... my last reference number is 2001385741 and still nobody has come back to me or sorted the problem
