I paid for the order and goods weren't delivered

I placed order for personalized calendars, I made payment and now these people have disappeared. I haven't received my calendars. They were promised to me in 7 working days, it has now been over 21 working days. The lady Lisel has disappeared. She doesn't answer the phone or email. I managed to speak to her once where she blamed the delay on moving but nothing since then. I phone her several times per day from different numbers.
