I placed and paid for an order on 16 Jan 2013. Till today no delivery and no one is getting back to me about this issue. I have lodged a formal complaint now with the Ombudsman as they keep telling me I will receive feedback within 24hours, which doesn't happen. They have no customer service WHAT SO EVER!!! This is horrible service. How many times must I follow up about the delivery of my PAID products. This seems to be a fly by night daylight thing. This must be sorted out NOW!!!
