I submitted my complaint online 13/09/13, your email back to me stated "Your complaint/enquiry will be attended to within 1 working day"
It is now the 7th November 2013 and i still have had NO FEEDBACK! i purchased packets of this chicken, you will be able to see my complaint posted to your company. I have now had this problem with 3 packets of chicken, which should contain 8 pieces and i only received 7!! I have lost all trust in rainbow chicken wit regards to the quality of your foods and the HORRIBLE customer service which has NEVER been answered. i will be writing to my local newspaper regarding this poor outcome from such a company.
