I took a friend of mine to have her nails done as a gift but it was a nightmare. They had no creativity as they claim to have, the employees should be nail technicians but I could do a better job at home. I'd sent imbalie an email regarding my dissatisfaction we received from their branch together with pictures to prove how bad our nails were done, they were bumpy, far from the cuticle and side of the finger, etc. The manager only got back to me the following week saying their emails were down and she would get back to me after speaking to the ladies who did our nails but to date she has not contacted me again.
