I arrived into Herbert Evans Fourways trying to get Fabriano paper and transparencies. I spent about 15 mins looking for someone to help me with the color and weight of the paper. I found someone whose attitude was dismissive and uninterested. I am a third year fine arts student at wits and I am always at this particular branch of Herbert Evans, but today was unacceptable. I then needed permanent markers and a lady directed me to the most expensive markers in the shop... Knowing full well that I am student. I was shunned between different people but none had the time or interest to help me! I spent an hour doing this!!!
My hope for this shop, is you have good customers and expensive prices take into consideration the customers financial means, the time they have to wait for someone to help them, and that good service shouldn't be begged for!
One other things, if no one is on the floor and I have to go to the tellers to ask for help YOU DOING SOMETHING WRONG!!!
