SPCA
Unfair consumer ethics

Hi, My dog and cat was examined by Melvin at the COGH spca on Saturday. My cat was throwing up and my dog had two lumps. I was told to bring them back the next day as I need to monitor the lump and monitor my cats urine. how do I monitor a lump over night? how do I monitor my cats urine with a litter box as recommended by Melvin? as far as I know I require a clean, dry container to collect the urine for sampling but according to Melvin I should just let the cat urinate in the Litter box? not my duty to inform him as according to the notice in your practise they are well qualified trained officials?? how do I monitor a lump over night?? he has not provided any solution or steps to take to over come the problem at hand instead he wasted my time and made me waste my petrol and consultation fee. I was obviously not willing to bring my animals back on Sunday and waste more money before bringing this to the attention of the correct people. I require a solution to this problem. does the Spca no longer run test or do x-rays? I have also told him my dog cant walk at night and he said it could be arthritis... Could Be???
