I'm still feeling quite shocked. I though this was the best product since sliced bread and bought one for every basin in my house, 4 total. Then one's light started blinking red (which indicates the batteries are low), but then continued to sistematically dispense the whole soap bottle into my basin. What a waste! I changed the batteries, but it continued doing the same thing. I thought I just had a dud. Until the next one started doing the exact same thing.
Today I phoned Dettol to talk to them about this issue and they will not talk to me at all without presenting my till slip.? How else did I get the thing? it off the back fo a truck? Who keeps their PnP slips from 4 months ago??? I'm not asking you to replace it! I'm telling you there is a problem here! YOU HAVE A PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUE.
Or... is there a limited life span built into this product. One set of batteries then bust?
Thanx, I'm going back to pumping hand soap, and a different brand.
