To Whom This May Concern:
I have always been supporting huggies because I find that it works best for me. But there is a problem and it is the second time it has happen to us.
As we all know nappies aren't cheap so would expect it to be worth the money...
We always buy Huggies Dry Comfort and last year had a problem with the one batch of nappies, every time we try to put on a nappy the backside handles which stick to the front brakes of. in that one batch there was about 20 and the batch was 58. We left it there and never contacted customer care.
Now this year in September (a week ago) We bought the Huggies Gold for Boys and at the moment there are already 3 Broken nappies with the same problem than the first batch. It is really frustrating to pay so much and in the end only half of them are useable. I really don't want to use other nappies...
What are Huggies going to do about this problem...
