I sent through a quote on Wednesday the next day when receiving the quote back it was wrong (because the receiver did not read the email correctly) and had to then be resubmitted.
I later accepted the quote and sent through my cash deposit slip indicating payment and asked that Riaan get back to me (so that I can know that the process has started) this was Friday at 10am by 5pm I still had not heard anything from Cape craft laser cutting.
This has made me very angry as I have a deadline for next week and stated the urgency in the email, and the laser cutting as stated on the quote take 3-5 days to process and being that Tuesday is a public holiday who knows how long they are going to take!!!
Worst service I've had in a long time!!!
